The Matched College Savings Program is a 3-year savings plan.  Students must deposit a minimum of $25 a month for 3 years.  CASA of Oregon will contribute $5 for every $1 the  student saves.  Students may contribute the maximum amount of $45 a month or any amount in between.  If a student saves the minimum amount, the total amount saved, (including the matched amount), is $5,400.  If a student saves the maximum amount, the total amount saved, (including the matched amount), is $9,620.
The funds must be used for tuition and/or books at an accredited college within 6 months of meeting your savings goal.  If a student decides not to attend college, only their savings will be refunded to them.
